I need to get better at keeping tacos in regular rotation – So many good tacos, so little time!
I love tacos hard or soft, and you can stuff em with pretty much anything.
And they can be a pretty QUICK meal. Especially, for instance, if you make a giant pulled pork on Sunday, and set some of it aside for Taco Tuesday. (Or any other meat that works.)
And if you don’t happen to have leftover meats on hand right now 😂, you could still be eating good ol’ basic ground beef tacos tonight with minimal time commitment 😉
